It has been one year since I got serious about losing weight and getting healthier.
I have gone from 250 to 227.6 so roughly around 22.5 pounds. a VERY slow process but glad I'm here.
I have gone from barely being able to do a 10 min chair workout and taking a 3-4 hour nap everyday to being able to exercise 1.5 hours and getting al the things done for the house . . . eventually.
I have found I DO need vitamins regardless of what people say. I need Vitamin D and B. I now have stamina. I can dance 6 min of drum solos w/o huffing and puffing.
I am a lot stronger and I hope to go even further.
I didn't quite make my goal of 25 pounds which is also 10% of my initial weight, but my plateaus and slow progress has made me learn and investigate what I really need.
