All I can say is junk, junk and more junk. Between Saturday and Monday I was so busy that I was definitely out of my routine. Needless to say I had to eat on the run and I didn't make the best food decisions. But I still have yet to eat the calories I'm suppose to eat in maintenance and I managed to eat more than 5 servings of fruit and veggies and I drunk my water. But by eating that much junk I did go over my sodium and I definitely felt it as my body tends to retain water when I have too much sodium. But what was interesting was I never once beat myself up about the bad food choices. I figure if I eat bad 3 days out of the many, many days I am eating good than I am doing okay - because by Tuesday I was back on track.
Unfortunately because of the busy schedule over the weekend, I didn't get enough rest and I caught a cold Tuesday (sore throat, coughing, aching body and a horrible headache) - I didn't feel good at all. But I managed to get my workouts in even though I had to modify somethings because sometimes I didn't have the energy to keep up the high intensity.
I'm feeling a little better today but still not good. The workout wasn't too bad I kept up with most of the high intensity and the strength training was killer today all the weights felt heavier than normal, but got through it. Hopefully I can take off work today (I don't start til 3pm EST).
