I went to the gym yesterday.
I went to the gym, and I actually did my workout.
I went to the gym, did my workout, and didn't cut corners or end early or spend my workout time visiting.
Take that, InnerFatGirl!
In fact, June is now official TakeInnerFatGirlToTask Month. Seriously, that girl is on notice. She is being evicted. She is either gonna get on this roller coaster with me and change or else I will get rid of her one day at a time.
No more drive-thrus. Seriously. If I'm going to eat out, I need to NOT be in my car. No more mindless snacking. If I eat something, I track it.
Most importantly, no more skipping the gym. 6 days a week. 2 weight-lifting days, 1 Zumba class, 2 cardio days, and 1 training session with Yoda.
I owe it to myself to be the best person I can be, and that includes being fit.
