So I must be doing something (or several things) right. If you have been following my blogs, you'll know that last month's invasion of the Red Army caused me a LOT of trouble. Irritability, bloating, cramps galore, and severe lack of "umpf".
This month, it came without first sending the archers as a sneak attack. The bloating is minimal, the cramps have been reduced to a slight tightness that is fixed by doing a full body stretch, and the food cravings have been less persistent. (This last part might be because I actually ate sweets every day at my sister's last week.) I've even been sleeping and haven't felt the gloom and doom I usually feel. Sure, I have my moments, but nothing as bad as I'd gotten used to feeling.
I feel like a human being! Perhaps this is because of the magnesium I've been taking, or the improved diet, or the very much increased physical activity. Maybe it's even the water or the sunshine. Who knows?
It's just all very cool. Not that you'll be seeing me on your TV dressed in tight white pants, dancing in a field, going on about feminine hygiene products, but I do feel good.
