Well, it's my first gain since I started April 2nd. I'm up 0.8 lbs since last week. Not sure what it was exactly. Perhaps my body is reacting to the new exercise routine? Maybe it was something from the meals out 2 days in a row (totally abnormal for me - and I made the best decisions I could)? Or maybe I indulged too much last weekend? Regardless I'm going to do my best to have a better weigh in next week. I'm going to my mom's this weekend, so I'm going to have a little less control over my food. I went to the store this morning and bought some stuff to make a big salad for dinner for everyone one night. I'm going to do my best to lighten up whatever we eat and eat smaller portions. I'm going to get a great workout and a healthy lunch in today before I leave and continue my workouts there. I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure next week I have a much better weigh in and actually post a loss!!
