Finished a very productive month as far as fitness goes: took in 14 fitness classes and 8 yoga classes in May. Also walked 14 times, but a lot of those were quite short.
I signed up for the free month at Curves that was advertised here on SP, so that is what I will do for June. (Kind of amazed that the offer also worked in Canada for once!) I've never tried them before, but I think their circuits don't take as much time as my fitness classes, so I may get more chance to do longer walks again.
