Yesterday I did NOT do any exercise, just a brief walk with Roscoe (super short - just for him to get his business done), but I did clean the whole house pretty much. The house looks great now, feels great to be in. :) YAY!
There are only a couple things to do housekeeping wise that I want to accomplish today - check the shower drain! And maybe tidy the closet. Also clean my camelbak so it's ready for my LR tomorrow!

Carbs 241, Protein 62, Fat 62 (less protein, more carbs and fat)
Sugar - 3 ice pops (17 cal each, but pure refined sugar)
Water - ???? What's wrong with me tracking this???? hhahaa

Rest day!
HOW I FELT:
Super productive and happy with my accomplishments for the day, first total rest day from exercise since the weekend before last, so that is pretty great! :)
WEIGHT:
193 - feeling kinda bloated and just not myself this morning really, TOM is still in swing...
CHANGES FOR TODAY:
RUN! Do some ST since I "skipped" it yesterday.
