FINALLY! I am back on track. I didn't really follow the rules of my last blog, unfortunately... with a 3 month old it's really hard to blog every day!
However, I am down about 10 pounds from two weeks ago, so I am really really happy! I am going to put away the scale until the 28th though (well try my best) so I don't get upset about it going up and down. My original goal was to be in the 250s by the time I went to NYC, but I didn't start dieting in March like I planned... so I really just want to me in the 260s... 3 pounds away! I am sure I can do it in 4 weeks hehe.
I am not tracking my food or anything. I am just taking it one step at a time. I found I couldn't get motivated to keep going with tracking. I was ALWAYS planning the next time I was going to eat even before I was done eating the current meal. And I was constantly thinking about food, and therefore always hungry. Once my weight loss slows down I will start tracking again, but right now I am just eating when I am hungry and eating a lot healthier.
I am also trying to do my hair and make up every day. I feel really bad about my body right now... even though I lost weight while pregnant. Its all loose and unattractive, so taking that extra time for me right now is really helping me feel better about myself and make better food decisions.
