    YOU AMAZE ME ! I'VE BEEN ABLE TO DO 4 MILES IN 60 MINUTES AND THAT'S THE LONGEST, FASTEST I'VE GOTTEN. THOUGH I CAN'T RUN BECAUSE MY ASTHMA IS ACTING UP.

    Tia,

Not sure what is going on with your knee have you tried the KT Pro Tape. It does great, give it 24 hours to cure on your skin before getting wet and you should be able to keep it on for at least 1 week.

How much longer??
