Have you ever finished a workout and thought to yourself, "I wish I hadnít done that! I really just wasted my time." Probably not. Chances are you feel better physically and mentally. Zumba is MY favorite cure-all! It makes my aches and pains go away, it clears my foggy brain, and ALWAYS brings a smile to my face.
