Dance Your Stress Away!

Friday, June 01, 2012

Have you ever finished a workout and thought to yourself, "I wish I hadnít done that! I really just wasted my time." Probably not. Chances are you feel better physically and mentally. Zumba is MY favorite cure-all! It makes my aches and pains go away, it clears my foggy brain, and ALWAYS brings a smile to my face.

We're having a Dance Party on BLC 19 Azure Destinations team this weekend, so I thought this Spark article was appropriate: Bust Your Bad Mood with Exercise! Go to this link to read the full article and collect your Sparkpoints!
