My last blog entry I wrote about an interruption. Here's what went along with it. A few weeks back I did a Jillian Michaels DVD with my daughter. Whew! it was a real butt kicker! I was fine at first but two days later the soreness really kicked in and my knees hurt again. Lesson learned: just stick to what you know you can be consistant with. It was too gung ho for these knees. I paid for it by having sore knees for two weeks and had to really scale back. Some days no exercise at all. Did that contribute to my progress? No. Did I learn something? Yes.
More importantly, I am back at it. Stretching and strengthening the muscles around my knees and walking.
