Not a conversion Attempt just tracking my progress

Hello all,

I am rushing to get this blog in as I want to keep track

of my CHIP journey . When I am in tip top shape I know

that this will be , along with Sparkpeople and a supportive

friends and family network that got me there. I am feeling

AMAZING! Eating 90 to 98 % healthy is so good! I had a person

mention they are a diabetic and can not eat CHIP way. I

wanted to mention that 1/2 the CHIP people in my class

were there to help with diabetes and after one month some

were off their medications and most lowered the amount

taken. I do remember the CHIP staff having the diabetics

work closely with their Doc's ... every week I think they

had an check in. Since it is eating fruits and vegetables

and cutting back on salt and animal products most if not

all Docs are happy with the program.

However, I want to remind folks I am not trying to

convert anyone to what I am doing just tracking

my own progress.

273 = 40 pounds down again ! ___reward = Movie New pair of jeans
263 (again to 50 pounds gone 21 to go ! )__ reward = Vacation ! ( I can fit on the rides!!!)

262 (low in years)__ New pair of jeans and underwear/socks!

259 __ Party ...!!!!!

255__New shirt

249 __ Vacation amusement park !
Vacation to Universal studios / Disney in Florida and visit my family there!!!

Mini goals:

Master kinect dance central .

Strength:
3 minute pushups test goal 150 (122 current)__ New pics for my sparkpage, free 1,000 calories and a movie out !

bench 300 pounds max out(240 current)__ Meal out!

curl 60 pounds each arm 10 times(40 now,60 7 times)__ TBD ,meal out!
Pushups 5 reps 1 kid on back__ New Everlast shirt and shorts/joggers
Pushups 10 reps 1 kid on back__ Day off workout/and calories count
Pushups 5 reps 2 kids on back __ 3 days of rest from strength training!






Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !!

To exercise with little to no pain most days! YES emoticon

    emoticon GOOD FOR YOU CHRIS....... LOSING THE WEIGHT....... AND STICKING TO YOUR CHIPS PROGRAM....... LIKE I TOLD YOU ABOUT DIABETES....... THING IS RIGHT NOW...... I'M ON A DIABETIC DIET... AND COULD NEVER CUT OUT THE MEAT..... PLUS OTHER THINGS..... AND I'M NOT MUCH OF A LOVER TOWARD FRUITS AND VEGGIES....... SO FAR WHAT I'M DOING IS WORKING....... AND SO IS YOUR PROGRAM WORKING FOR YOU........ IF MINE WASN'T WORKING... I WOULD CHECK OUT OTHER THINGS....... KEEP MOVING FORWARD AND LOSING THE WEIGHT MY FRIEND......
