Treat yourself for staying smoke free!
Keep up the work outs and stop finding excusses not to do it! Get it done first thing even before breakfast so its outta the way and your brain has not woken up yet to complain!
Just try not to gain anymore weight!
Keep eatting under control reajust your cals to 0 weight loss and stay in those cals for the week! July we start working on weight loss when you have a few weeks under your belt with the no smoking!
