Broke My Plateau!!

Today I am sooo excited!
Yesterday was weigh in day and I was down 2.3lbs for the week. But I had quite a high sodium day on Wednesday and I was positive I was retaining a lot of water. So I decided to flush it out by gulping down tons of water yesterday and weigh in again today. And I'm ANOTHER 3lbs down....YEE HA!
So not only does that bring me up to 5.3lbs off for the week. It means I have jumped right past my scary weight of 193! I have plateau'd there SO many times. But I've did it!! I'm 192.6 =)
This makes my next goal so much easier. I've now gotta reach the 180's by June 15th so that's only 3lbs in two weeks. But I'm not gonna let that slow me down. I'm only two pounds from losing 30 in total and being halfway to my over all goal!
I think it's all down to the order of my meals. Ever since I started having my largest meal at lunchtime and just snacking for dinner, I've felt like the weight is totally falling off.
I'm still eating around 1500 calories every day, usually a bit more in fact. And I've eaten out in restaurants 3 times in as many days.
My boyfriend left for South Africa last night =( Well...right now he's in Amsterdam waiting for his connecting flight, he should arrive this evening. The house is so empty now, just me and my cat lol. I'm not sure yet if him being away will be a good or bad thing for my diet lol. I need to keep myself occupied. But one good thing about low carb...I would never cave in and go order chinese or stuff myself with a big bar of chocolate...that's what I would have done on a low fat diet. Because it's so easy to recover! But on low carb, it would be so detrimental and I'd lose half the week trying to get back into ketosis. So I guess Low Carb keeps me accountable for a lot.
Anyway...I'm off to flutter around in my new 192lbs pound body yahaaaa xx
