1. Write 7,000 words per week.
2. Walk 8 miles per week.
3. Get into a strength training groove.
4. Laugh more.
5. Finish class with an A.
6. Relax, relax, relax.
7. Meditate once a week.
8. Cut food budget.
9. No more than 1 fast food meal per week.
10. Figure out what I want to do with my life. :)

    Hmmm... #10 is a bit lofty for a month, don't you think? But I'm glad you're thinking about it. I am too.

The rest of your goals are wonderful and reflect how much you are learning to value yourself, because you are taking care of yourself - mind and body. I'd say these were rather enlightened goals!
