Thank you Angel! I didn't have a very good day today and came home tired...decided to skip dinner and just have some rice chips and salsa and a glass of wine. Not very good choices. I took a 20 minute nap and was going to just go to bed, then thought of all of you, and knew I could do better. So I sauteed some spinach and put some tuna on it. Simple and much more nutritious! Then I felt better and decided to spend a few minutes checking in, and here you are with your dance party. So yep, I joined you for all three songs! Still tired but feel much better, and am sweaty as proof I got in some exercise! Thank you thank you!!!

Thanks Angel, I actually recorded us this morning. Couldn't do the third song because son came to pick me up but got 8 minutes of moving in thanks to you. WooHoo! emoticon
