For BLC I did a fitness test when it started 6 weeks and then again today here are how my numbers compare to each other today.


Week 1
Push ups 20
Crunches 40
Squats 15
Sit and reach 2
1 mile walk 15.34

Week 6
Push ups 35
Crunches 45
Squats 30
Sit and reach 2
1 mile walk 14.54

I improved in every area but sit and reach. I could not do these high school it makes my stomach hurt . I guess that would be reason enough for me to keep trying them.
