Well, I made it through my first workout in week two of Ripped in 30, whoo hoo!!! I thought with how tired and pooped out I was today that I wouldnt make it, but I did! I even stuck with most of the advance moves. The darn pro pushups are hard as hell lol! I have a hard time with pushups anyway. I actually feel better after cooling down too. Crazy!
I was pretty active at work today too. I was up and down all day. I asked the front end manager to call me when he has my reports or mail or anything he needs to turn into accounting and I will come and get it. So I can take a stroll away from the desk and get some movement in my day. Sad, but it is better than sitting and wanting to nibble. I thought that was pretty creative. I'm going to continue to do this daily.
As for my fog of yesterday and most of today.... THANKS to my buddies who reached out to help me keep focued. It's nice to have support, even on the little things. Little things make up big improvements. You guys rock!! It's all about our A-Game! Bring it!!!
