I WENT TO LIVE MIND CLASS AND LEARNT SOMETHING. WE ARE TO DRINK HALF OUR BODY WEIGHT IN WATER OZ A DAY . IF YOU WEIGH 200 LBS YOU SHOULD DRINK 100 OZ OF WATER A DAY. I WAS TOLD IF WE DID THIS WE WOULD SEE THE POUNDS COME OFF. I HAVE NOT BEEN LOSING LIKE I WANT TO SO I AM GOING TO DRINK DRINK DRINK AND DRINK SOME MORE.
I CHALLENGE MY TEAM A NEW DAY, A NEW YEAR, A NEW ME TO DO THE SAME THING. I HAVE SET A CHALLENGE ON THE TEAM . LET'S DRINK AND LOSE .

I've heard this too! I try to drink that much - which is DOUBLE the normal amount of water recommended!! Its hard sometimes, but I think I'll aim to do that again :) Good tip!! 2019 days ago
