In April 2011 I ruminated on whether it was worth it to try and get back to 150# or settle somewhere else. In the past year I have continued to be active on Sparkpeople and try (I guess "try" is not good as Yoda says) to get down to 150 but I am still stuck at 160#.
My cardio numbers are good, I am exercising regularly and eating relatively healthy so I have decided (at least for now) to just maintain at 160#. I know that to do that I will need to continue to track my food and exercise, but for now I will stop stressing mentally over that last 10 #.
