Energy is almost back

Thursday, May 31, 2012

9:28pm

My energy is almost back. It's my T.O.M is the main reason for me not having enough energy. The only way that I can REALLY get my energy back is to take naps more often than usual. Coming and going to Galesburg today helped me in getting most of it back. I can get back more tomorrow when we go up. I'm tired now but this time its getting closer to bedtime than when it was yesterday when I really felt tired.

Usually when I drink a lot of water or do a lot of walking, wouldn't get as tired as I was yesterday. I could go for 12 walks and drink 24 glasses of water and still I wouldn't be tired. I think that the loss of energy was from my T.O.M since it usually happens when I'm on it. I should be getting over it before the weekend and I can feel normal again.

I'm still at 199 pounds. I am hoping before the end of June I can be down to closer to where my regular doctor wants me to be to get off of the beta blocker that he has me on for my blood pressure.

I cannot believe that my grandniece is 24 days old. Well my youngest nephew (my grandniece's uncle and brother to her mommy) will be 13 years old a week from today. YIKES. He's going to be a teenager.

Glad you are getting your energy back! Maybe doing more soy before your TOM will help? I eat a ton of soy products so don't really notice but I have a friend that swears loading up on soy the week before keeps her feeling great.

Just an idea.

Yikes indeed for your nephew becoming a teenager. I don't have any of my own, but I hear from people who have them that energy is a must! Let alone the 24 day old niece. It's great that you're staying in one-derland and will probably be even further into it after your T.O.M. is over. Hope you get rested up.
