Day 152 - End of May Results

Despite that I have lost pounds this month, I'm pretty irritated at the moment for being over a pound heavier than I was on Sunday. Weight fluctuations... sometimes being a female really sucks.

May 31:
Weight: 141
Neck: 12.25"
Upper Arm: 9.75"
Lower Arm: 8.25"
Bust: 31.25"
Waist: 24.75"
Abdomen: 31.75"
Hips: 35"
Butt: 36.75"
Thigh: 20.75"
Knee: 13.25"

Since last month:
Weight: -4.4 pounds
Neck: -0.25"
Upper Arm: -0.25"
Lower Arm: -0.25"
Bust: -0.25"
Waist: -0.75"
Abdomen: -0.75"
Hips: -0.5"
Butt: -0.75"
Thigh: -0.5"
Knee: -0.25"
Calf: -0"

And... just to make myself feel better, overall results:
Weight: -17 pounds

Upper Arm: -1.75"

*sigh* 17 pounds in 6 months. That's an average of less than 3 pounds per month. I could have done better than that. I should be much closer to my goal than I am. I'm back at the half-way point, with 16 pounds to go. I guess it's going to take me until the end of this year to reach it. emoticon

On the up side, I finally completed over 1000 fitness minutes in one month. I really worked hard for it.

    You should be proud of what you've accomplished instead of looking at the negative of "only" losing 17 lbs. That's 17 pounds, that's a toddler worth of weight you're no longer carrying around. That's awesome. Good job!

    If you have an 8 oz. glass and fill it with exactly 4 oz. of water, you have a glass that is exactly 1/2 empty and 1/2 full. Depends on how you want to look at it.
