tomorrow is the day i start my BIG "LIFESTYLE CHANGE" otherwards im going on a dieting. im not eating red meat anymore....im going to start working out at least 10 min aday and everyother day walking at least 30 min......
for breakfast im having a banana and celery with bbq sauce. i havent figured everything else out. i know i have snacks and everything ready for monday at work. I HAVE TO STICK TO THIS \I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.
I have a bikini that im going to put in the bathroom so i have to look at it all the time..i wont be able to fit it til next summer but i wanna fit into a size 14 before september. a 12 would be even better. i would probably bawl my eyes out if i got down to that size..
wish me luck.im going to need it, if you read this please always share advise.
