I have been pretty bad at keeping up with blogging and tracking for a couple weeks now. I will get better once I am not as busy and way way better if my laptop gets fixed because the living room computer is usually taken. But I'm still exercising and making better nutritional choices, maybe not as much as I truly should be but more than I ever have before I joined this site and learned control. I have been able to maintain my weight! I try to avoid my old tracking notebook because I sort of negatived it up with old memories and I am trying not to push myself too hard as well as keep myself positive. Somedays I write my meals and calculate calories on a random piece of paper and it helps keep me in control, but I will try to invest in a new notebook.
Today I used the elliptical for twenty minutes and will do sprints in my backyard later and then some workout videos. I am feeling very grateful and more open to things these days. It is summer time now, so I can't be lazy; I will go out and have fun and get my exercise and challenge myself.
