This is a challenge to walk 10,000 steps a day and to exercise to burn calories. It is not easy to eat the right foods that I should. As I contemplate upon these things there is an ultimate goal involved. Although I think that it is Hard it really is not; it's just my mind set.
If I persist and persevere to do what is right then I have all to gain -- that is a healthy lifestyle in which I can enjoy the things I like to do. Whether I'm up or whether I'm down I must continue to plod along toward the ultimate goal. So is there Nothing Too Hard?
