Just ran W4D2...and after my super rough D1, I'm happy to say that this run was AMAZING. Plus, during my last 5-min run, I timed my quarter mile and it was 2:37!!! That's 10:27 or so for a mile!!! I can't believe it! I'm extra pumped since last summer/fall my mile time was around 13 minutes. Yay! That goes to show that 1) eating right helps SO MUCH, 2) running straight-aways instead of turning all the time helps SO MUCH, 3) running when it's 75, cloudy, and about to thunderstorm instead of 90 and bright and sunny helps SO MUCH. Haha! :)
