It would seem like after reading and teaching and doing "health" for 2 years that all that I know would stick as I apply it day to day.It doesn't.
This has been the hardest thing I have ever done to go from bulimia to healthy eating. There are days that if I was less lazy and had more privacy from my family that i would just go back to bulimia. It is such a quick fix.
But that is a moot point so I will go forward. I downloaded an eating plan for fitness competitors and I have been doing that eating for 2 days. I have seen it before, I might have even done this eating when I was in college before my hubs.
So it isn't new info.
I can't say I love it. But it is good. I can modify it to what I pretty much have on hand as long as it is "clean" food- not much box or can.
It is the combo of volume calories, protein and good carbs. Simple stuff really.
Lets see how long I can remember to eat like this...
