Tomorrow marks 11 weeks since I've started my journey. 11 weeks since I've made the greatest choice I could have ever made for myself. I chose a healthy lifestyle, which is leading to a healthy me! 11 weeks ago I was a girl, who ate nothing but terrible food, and didn't look at servings at all. I was a girl who didn't workout, whatsoever. I ate fast food constantly, drank tons of pop, and ate junk food like it was nothing.
The girl you know now, isn't that same girl. That girl from the past is gone forever. The girl you know now: Eats healthy food, doesn't drink anything but water, always stays within her nutrition limits, doesn't eat any kind of junk food at all, and loves to workout, because of how amazing it makes her feel! The girl you know now, has lost almost 40 lbs in the first almost 11 weeks of her journey! That proves that I'm NOT the same girl I was before I started this journey!
For the first time since I've become overweight, I feel proud of myself! Proud of myself because of the changes I've made to better my life, and proud that I'm actually enjoying these changes I've made! I used to have terrible stomach problems, while I was eating tons of fast food, and pizza... And now, since I don't eat any of that crap anymore, my stomach is completely fine! My high blood pressure is under control, and once I lose some more weight I won't even have it anymore, because the doctor said it's completely caused by weight. So, that's a huge plus! Feeling better, because I'm actually getting my body healthy!
I'm also proud that I never eat things I know I shouldn't, because I know I'll end up regretting it later, and to be honest I just don't want those foods anymore, because it's not worth it! I eat a lot of food that I really love, it just happens to be healthy food, that'll keep me within my nutrition limits. I'm proud to say I haven't gone over my nutrition goals, not even once, since I started my program on March 16TH! That's a huge accomplishment!
I'm proud because I never skip a workout. I love exercising because of how great it makes me feel. I'm sleeping better, and feeling more awake during the day. I haven't skipped a workout since I started my program and I don't plan to, unless I get really sick. It's dedication!
I'm proud because I KNOW I can do this, and I'm doing it right this very minute! I'm meeting my goals in incredible time because of my willpower and motivation! I'm 2 lbs away from 40 lbs lost, and I've been doing this for less than 11 weeks! I'm so happy that I'm doing this and doing it right, because there's no greater feeling than reaching my weight-loss goals!
