today is my first day on Sparkpeople. Some of the tools here are a little tricky to understand how to use but I know in time I'll get the hang of it. Today I will begin my first exercise plan with sparkpeople. Wish me Luck!

One great tool on this site is the food tracker. This will help you to know exactly what you are putting into your body - what your calorie intake really is - not just guessing. As we all know we always guess to the lower side to fool ourselves into believing we can have just one more bite etc.
