Well, I was weak yesterday - I was having a really stressful day and had a chocolate breakdown midday. I managed to compensate the rest of the day to stay within my calories, but my fat/protein/carb ratios were way out of whack. How that will affect weigh-in tomorrow will just have to be seen. I've also been having trouble meeting my cardio minutes this week. I've been fairly tied to my desk at work, so I've only been able to get one 10 minute burst in during the day (since I have to go get the mail anyway) and with our roommate in the hospital, I've been doing a lot of running around in the evening and just haven't figured out the "routine" yet. I did manage to get my strength training in last night though. Somehow tonight I'll work in some cardio, I promise.
