Just realized something

Got on the scale midweek (yesterday) and did not see a change from Sunday, so first thing I do is consult the fuel the Fire food guide and my calorie range here on spark people. so I up the estimate of calories burnt for the week, it's now recommended that I eat between 1450 and 1900 calories. Stuck to this range, and again I take a sneak peak and I was up this morning, like what the hell, I knew this week would be crazy after the drastic drop last week but not this crazy, from 272 to 274 in one night, I was at 1830 calories yesterday for fracks sake. Again I've reanalyzed my situation, and I did include my ST calories in the estimated calories I put in Midweek, I've readjusted and my range is now 1350 to 1700. Hopefully everything gets back on track and I can shake something off before Sunday.

Thanks guys, for the encouragement. Regardless of what the scale says on Sunday, I know I've stayed in range and busted my tush this week. It'll show up sooner or later. Am still positive.

on my android phone I've d/led a free app called Libra weight tracker or something like that because I'm a daily weigher and wow the range in a week. I breifly saw 131.9kg on saturday (post workout so not official weight but lower so exciting) and now after going slightly above my range for a couple of days I'd gone up to 134.7kg and now I'm sitting at 134kg so that's 2-3kg in a few days yo-yoing. I'll never stop weighing daily but yes the fluctuations can be huge!! Also remember turbo fire builds MUSCLE!! When I did inferno I gained weight but lost like 5.5 inches off my body in a week! You're still low, heck 272-274 that's amazing but you're probably excited to see 269 and I get that... got so low in the 130's then jumped and trying to recover it. With weigh in tomorrow I'm going to be real good today!

It's most likely water weight. You would have to eat WAY more than 1800 calories to gain weight that fast.

You can't gain 2 lb of fat overnight, it's physically impossible. It's got to be water weight from something. Sometimes I get a 2-3 lb gain right before a major loss.... If you are going to be weighing-in every day, be prepared to see a lot of fluctuations. The only thing that really matters is the trend over weeks and months... as long as that trend is going downward at a reasonable pace, you are probably fine in your calorie range. Good luck on the weigh-in, but try not to stress, everyone has bad weeks once in a while.

Just a word of advise. . .when you weigh daily, you will always see fluctuations. I know it's hard, but try not to weigh yourself a lot. I hope you see the results you seek. You are very motivated and focused.
