I finally feel that I am back on track. I've been eating much healthier and feel more focused. This is good.
I don't take seriously lots of supplements but I was watching Dr. Oz and he was talking about "Green Coffee Extract". What attracted me to this was the fact that it was proven to lower cholesterol. Since my cholesterol is always very high, I decided to try it. It's just a pill, twice a day after meals. It's all natural and now I've heard lots of buzz on this.
Interestingly enough, since I've been taking it, I've had more energy (no, it's not a caffeine fix) and I've been more regular (you know!).
This morning, I felt less bloated and my appetite is very low Yay!
So, I get on the scale which I haven't been on in over a week and guess what.....
Yes, I'm UP 2 lbs!! What the heck is going on here!!!
