Have been wondering about this. I exercise (swimming and aqua aerobics) because I enjoy it and I love being in the water, but contrary to all reports it actually makes my blood sugar WORSE, at least temporarily, because I always get a short-term blood sugar spike when I'm finished. This article is about the possible ill effects of exercise on healthy people, not diabetics, but who knows? Maybe it isn't the best thing to do after all.
