I've decided enough is enough! It is time to shift this weight - the whole 7 extra stone I am unneccessarily carrying - it's no wonder I'm so tired all the time!
I've done the whole ONLY EAT HEALTHY FOODS - DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY - DO THIS - DO THAT - DO THE OTHER - thing, and it didn't work out all too well for me. I'm not a diet plan girl - I like my food. I'm an eat-what-you-like-but-in-moder
ation girl. I can understand that chocolate and cakes may not always be the best things for me to eat - but better to have them in moderation than eat 10,000 calories worth on a frantic binge after starving myself for 6 months.
My aim is to stick to 1500 calories a day for the next few weeks and see where that gets me. I'm aiming to replace drinks where I can with their calorie-free alternatives. And to increase my level of activity. Ideally I'd like to drop 2 dress sizes by the time I start back at University in September but we shall see.
