I had a very good day yesterday. I am feeling rather accomplished. My house became a disaster area when I was sick so I had to do some major cleaning & decluttering. But I got it done & even had some time to relax. It made me feel good that Larry noticed all that I had done. I even got my hair curled, put make up on & wore a dress by the time he came home. I did not get to work out on the treadmill as with the heat I can only do it in the mornings & I got off to a late start . But there is today. That is my priority. But yes I am going to take it easy to start with & build up from there. Sometimes new beginnings can be a good thing! Well off to do some Sparking!

Well the treadmill was not as easy as I had thought. I was only able to do 10 min. Wow that is a far cry from my old 60-lol! But I will get there. I figure I will do it 2 more times today for a total of 30 min. Oh well guess I will just have to play some more Guitar Hero-lol! My Hubby bought me the Beatles this weekend so having fun with it. Fond memories!

Love your positive attitude I have missed it! It does wonders to have a clean house and to dress up nice doesn't it? 10 minutes is great! A little at a time :)

I'm glad you're starting to get your groove back, and I'm glad you're doing it slowly. That's the best way to do it. Hang in there! Love you! HUGS!

I bet it does feel good to get back at doing some things! Isn't it amazing how short a time it takes to go backwards on our fitness levels, but, "time and occurrences befall us all" and we all have to deal with setbacks. The real triumph comes when we get back at it - and you're doing it - slooowly, slooowly, I hope LOL!!!

Good to know that you're feeling much better and getting things done. It must be such a feeling of accomplishment when there is less clutter and other people notice the difference in the house.

Have a great day!

Glad you are feeling better! I know how it can get when you are not feeling good so getting so much done was great! I know that getting all fixed up made you feel better.

Since you are done with your house would you like to come do mine? :) I have been spending my time getting the garden in and the house has went to pot! LOL But the garden has trippled since last year and I still have a bit more to do but I am sure looking forward to having all the fresh veggies! Already have some onions just about ready to pull! And the herbs are ready to pick and dry!
