sleep and lack thereof

Wondering if eating 'raw' foods has given me too much energy. I've only gotten 3-4 hrs of sleep each day for last 2'ish weeks since I've been bringing more raw foods into my diet and don't feel tired or wired. But, sure don't feel right only getting that much sleep since considering the 2 weeks prior I was sleeping like a log and getting 9-12 hrs a day and feeling lethargic when I woke.
I know it'll catch up w/me so trying to keep sleep 8 hrs but it's hard when I'm wide awake

    Hahaha! What a problem to have! :D

    When do you exercise during the day? If you do it in the morning, maybe you should add a second session in the afternoon or evening a couple of hours before you would normally go to bed. Even a couple of miles walk might serve to tucker you out enough for sleep.
