Today was a great day. I had a list of things to get done and bam. Totally knocked it out of the ball park.
Walked 2 miles
Drank 8 glasses of water
Sleep 8 hours
Totally met some peeps at the girl geek meetup
I did awesome.
Now, I just need to do it tomorrow.
Intervals, 20 minutes
8 glasses of water
8 hours of sleep
It felt good going walking today and I have a feeling that if I didn't my legs would have been to stiff from the lunges this morning to do anything. I am wicked sore and have no idea what I am going to do tomorrow. I hope that I am going to be able to do my intervals. Well, I hope everyone is doing good.
