So Day 3 of my diet. (same as day 1)
Today I was only able to do about 40 min of Yoga... I was too stressed and rushed for my finals I have this week!
I am maintaining a good outlook, though, and trying to focus on how much better I feel about myself in almost every way! I feel like I have a lot more mental clarity (I used to have really bad problems with memory, and attention, (not enough to be diagnosed as anything-- just really came down to "test anxiety" and other general stresses).
I'm feelin' good!!
Also, I have not yet felt really hungry and I know that it may "sound extreme" but this diet is a really good way for me to get all my fruits and veggies and it's easier (to me) than any other "diets" I have gone on. With this, I have no "gray area" in what I can and can't eat... otherwise it would just be a slippery slope all the way down! (One piece leads to another bite leads to full on fast food, etc.)
I have to be strict on myself in terms of eating, because I love food and I have the biggest sweet tooth ever!
