ON THE MEND SLOWLY

I got up in time to get read to bowl but first I pulled out my 12 pound bowling ball to see if I could bowl and it just wasn't going to happen. I went back to be after taking some aspirin and had to wait to call the lane. Finally got them and they found a sub for me. When I got up I ate a good healthy breakfast to speed up the healing. The Sprint race was coming on at 12 PM and since we had a cook out I didn't get to watch it. I walked and straighten the kitchen anything I could do without bending.

I worked on the laptop on work and Spark so I could get something done. Then each hour I tried to walk at least 15 or more minutes. I will beat last night and get possibly to 20,000 steps since I have been walking all day.

Not much going on just trying to get the back right and eat healthy so the body heals.
I was going to have my daughter come and wash my smaller dog but she had a migraine so I told her to stay home. I will try tonight or tomorrow and then get her cut. I have the air condition people coming tomorrow so I will be set for warm weather. I am going to try and set up a on going appointment for each year in May.

Tomorrow will be a better day and I will push on. Take care and have a good Thursday. I am not picking my DGD up, don't think it would be safe. God bless you always.
