Anatomy of a Panic Attack

Wednesday, May 30, 2012

I wanted to share my latest blog entry with you all in case you haven't seen it yet. I was really hesitant to actually post about my anxiety and panic attacks. But I finally did it. If you want to read it you can find it here: www.foundmyspark.com/201

While I wouldn't wish that feeling on anyone else, I sort of also hope that I'm not alone in dealing with anxiety.

Hey.. Just wanted to let you know youre not alone in the whole anxiety thing. I too suffer from it... Although its different situations that bring it on. What i fouif nd helped for me the most in the beginning is going to see someone to talk to.. But mostly taking medication. It was yhe scariest thing ive ever had to do, but it was able to put me in the right state of mind to even be able to begin to think about how to get better. If you have any questions or just want to talk let me know. im not an expert but have done a lot of research trying to find my own peace.
