It just occurred to me that I'm trying to do two goals at the same time: staying on my food plan and practicing piano 3 hours a day. I started both goals at the same time (3 days ago)
I wonder if this is a good idea? I read somewhere that it's better to just work on one habit at a time ... someone said "if you chase two rabbits both will escape"
If I have to choose just one goal, then it would have to be my food plan. I am really obese (234 pounds) and already have high blood pressure and diabetes caused by the obesity, so there is no question as to which goal is more urgent.
