Wow! What a crazy 6 or so days! All the kids, all the grandkids on some of the days, lighter on others. Lots of swimming, horseback riding, swinging on the front porch. Lots of homemade Greek yogurt/strawberry/banana smoothies also, by request!
I ate pretty well, most of the time. I did have a few guilt-free otherwise guilty pleasures. I just decided not to stress over it. No tracking to speak of and I didnt track my activity either and activity stayed right up there. This morning, I spent about an hour with one last ride for everyone, Nana walking the horse over the hiking trail, several times. So I did keep very active.
So this morning, after everyone left, I think it kind of caught up with me. I was extra hungry and seemed to be most of the day. So I just tracked my calories and macros and geesh..... Okay so rather than stress, and since I was needing to do this anyways, I am just going to chalk it up to a calorie/carb refeed and move on.
