After losing more than 30 pounds, I went to the doctor today.
My BMI is down from 32 to 28
My blood sugar is down from 6.2 to 5.8
If I can get my blood sugar down to 5.5, I will no longer be prediabetic
Something to aim for....

    Exercise is key. I went from 7.9 to 5.8. That was a 30 lb weight loss, as well. Almost makes me love exercise. Cholesterol went down, also. These numbers help give me motivation to keep on exercising.
