ISSUES...Major Issues!

Wednesday, May 30, 2012

GRRRRRRRR!

Deep breathe, you're okay, Misha!

Okay. I am having some issues with SP site lately. Today I can't for the life of me track a video to save my life. And I did two videos, and was planning on a third, but I can't track it! It also is logging me off at ever second it seems. Yes I hit the "Remember Me" check mark box...but it's not remembering me. Also for the last few days I haven't been able to use the note function on the trackers (both fitness and food). This is driving me crazy, especially since I am only a couple of minutes away from doing 1000 fitness minutes in May (with being sick). So I really really want those videos tracked!

I just can't seem to eat very well lately. I am still getting over being sick and my body is craving bad food. I really have been good with portion control though. I can't eat as much as I use to, which is a good thing.

Today, despite the fact that I really really really didn't feel "it," I worked out. I got a 5k done in 53:40!!! Plus 3.61 miles total in my 63 cardio workout. I am super excited about this, because it means that I am that much closer to running a 5k! I even did some ST when I got back! I woke up late and went to the front gym (my new gym of choice) and no one was there. No one was even at the pool, but to be fair the pool looked cloudy, so kinda gross.

I didn't workout yesterday like I had planned, but to be honest, I really don't feel guilty about this. I had to spend an extra day with people, so since Tuesday was my Monday, and I was completely peopled out, I decided to just chill out at home. I did feel guilty that I didn't do any at home ST and just read. But I did move a bit when a good song came on the TV.

Okay...I think that's it.

Some JUNE GOALS though:

To improve my food choices.
To increase my upper body ST
Start swimming twice a week (weather permitting)
And hopefully, get up to 4.0mph on the TM for 55 minutes (and it's easy).

That last one will probably be in July though, but next week I do increase to 3.5 for 55mins.

Okay, so I am going to log completely off and not get back on for a while and see if that sets things right with SP.

Have a good day!

~Misha~

UPDATE: So I kinda cheated and used a different web browser to enter the videos! So, SUCCESS!!!!! Also I read why the "Remember Me" feature might not be working, and it suggested I clean out the cookie cache! So I did. I have no idea if it worked, but using Chrome seems to be helping! Yay. Next to try for the notes!

I hope logging off and back on works for you. I've used the video tracking part and it's working for me. I know, that doesn't help you!!

Otherwise, I love your goals. I'd never question why you don't have certain goals. We're all different and we're all entitled to our own.
My goals right now are not to gain more than 3 lbs in the next month. Well, that started 2 weeks ago, and I've already gained those 3! Crap! LOL!!

You might have noticed why I didn't include any weight loss or inches lost goals. That's because I really don't care about that at the moment. I know that I'll get there, and it will be really really slow. If I put a number, like to lose 3 pounds and I don't, I'll be really disappointed, so no numbers. I am weighing myself every day, because 1) To get an idea of what I weigh, and if my WO is working, and 2) it's so interesting to see that my weight can fluctuate so much in so little time....
