Well i had my first workout at the new gym yesterday. I walked there because its a 15min walk from my house. The walk was nice and gave me time to think. The gym wasn't to crowded. But i was still a little uncomfortable because its some place new and I'm unfamiliar with the equipment. I tried a machine i never heard of before called the Arc Trainer. Wow that thing gives you a workout. But i loved it. Then i did just a few weight machines because i felt like an idiot walking around staring at all the machine. I decided to just go for my comfort zone and go do some dumbbell exercises.
I didnt feel like i got the best workout though. I used to do 30mins of bootcamp and felt like i was dying and had worked every muscle in my body. But at the gym my workout felt so-so. I guess i just have to find my groove.
