Today did not start out the way I wanted it to. I had over 1300 calories and its only 11:47 am and I feel like a failure but I am determined to not give up.
The first few weeks can be a learning process. Just keep tracking today. Honestly see what you are eating. Take a look at that and tomorrow see if you can cut out or change a few things. If you had some chips, change that to some fruit or veggies. If you had a desert, change that to yogurt or jello. Don't try to change all at once. Make a few small changes so you can get used to doing things differently. It will get easier.
