BF is so awesome! As a belated birthday present he is helping me get my gym membership up and running again!! I think its exactly what I need to get focused and back to being healthy again!
I have felt so sick and tired this past year and I am so tired of being sick and tired!! I am 31 years old and want to feel 31 and not 51!
My goal for this first few weeks is cardio three times a week and ST twice a week. I think that's very attainable and a good way to get back in the game. :)
