I thoughtthis day was going to be a good kickboxing day. I was feeling strong and was motivated to have a good workout. However, that workout, although not as difficult as some, was difficut to get through. I lost my motivation right at the beginning. As soon as my shins and calves started hurting from jumping rope, I began my decline. I didn't push myself through the drills and in the end felt like I was just going through the motions to get through the hour long class. It didn't help that my partner was a chatty cathy and also wasn't really pushing herself. Overall, a walk away day. At least I went, stayed, and finished.
