It's been almost a year since I logged into Sparkpeople. I've maintained my weight over the last year but maintaing being overweight isn't what I want. I have a cruise planned for October and would like to at least be comfortable in a bathing suit by then. So, here I am again, going to try this. No FAD diets, no get skinny quick ideas, just really try healthy eating, counting calories, eating healthy foods and not kidding myself about 100 calories from a candy bar would be the same as 100 calories from an apple, and last but certainly not least, not beating myself up if I don't lose quickly enough.
