As the days pass and I establish a routine I am feeling better. I am avoiding all refined sugar...I should say anything obvious. I feel better now and no longer "crave" sweet. When I do want something sweet those marvelous sugar free chocolate snow balls work! The person at the stand assured me hers were made sugar, calorie, and milk free. I am still "munchie" in the evenings, but not for sugar-so that is good. Upping the activity and hopefully the scale will start moving again!!
